Become A Published Author!
Spenser wants to write a family-friendly tour guide to the areas covered by his books. Because he doesn't live in all these places, he doesn't know all the inside scoop on great places to visit, eat, etc. You can help Spenser by being an author (helping to write the book) or being a judge (helping to select the entries for the book).
All middle school students in the area are eligible. Download the contest rules and application and talk about this with your parents or teacher. You will also find a sample essay that Spenser wrote and an outline for your essay.
